Lead Pastor

Wayne has served as Lead Pastor of New Hope Church since 2016. He carries a deep passion for evangelism, discipleship, and seeing lives transformed through Jesus. With humility and faithfulness, Pastor Wayne shepherds both the New Hope congregation and the surrounding community.

DANIELA FILBY

Administrator & Outreach Director

Daniela faithfully serves as New Hope Church’s Administrator and Outreach Director. She oversees the day-to-day administrative life of the church while also leading key outreach initiatives, including Nick’s Nook Community Pantry and the Wednesday Night Bread Program. Daniela is often a welcoming presence during the week, offering care, support, and a listening ear to all who walk through our doors.

Elder Chairperson

Steve has been a dedicated member of New Hope Church for many years, faithfully serving in a variety of leadership roles. As Elder Chairperson, he provides godly wisdom, steady guidance, and thoughtful leadership, helping shape the direction and future of our church.

JON TOUGH

Youth Ministry Director

Jon passionately leads our Grade 6–12 students as Youth Ministry Director. He invests his time and energy into mentoring, discipling, and walking alongside youth as they grow in their faith. Jon’s heart is to see the next generation deeply rooted in Jesus and boldly living out their faith in everyday life.

ROSE TOUGH

Worship Leader & Communications Director

Rose serves with a deep love for Jesus and a passion for worship. She faithfully leads our worship team and congregation each week, helping create meaningful moments of praise and reflection. Rose also serves as Communications Director, sharing the story of what God is doing at New Hope Church through both internal and external communications.
